Best place to stay, nearby to the station. Clean, and very comfortable stay. Most important is the place look very chic and insta worthy. Compare to mostly futon kind of beds, this hotel has normal beds, and shower (not sure if only my room has no bathtub)

Thoroughly enjoyed our unfortunately short stay here. The hotel is beautifully designed with a lovely attention to detail like textures and materials, and feels new and immaculate. We were warmly greeted by staff, and although in typical Japanese fashion there is not flexibility around freely allowing early checkin or late checkout, the fees to do so are very reasonable. Of particular note is the extensive and delicious breakfast - but arrive early (before 8am) if you want to avoid a queue - and the thoughtful amenities like the high-tech laundry room with PIN-protected machines. The location is convenient too, close to JR Sapporo and to the subway and underground walkway to the shopping and nightlife areas. And the onsen is nice, which you appreciate in a Sapporo winter. Recommended.

Stayed for 3 nights. Without a doubt, it's a modern and great hotel in Sapporo. We had a great experience staying in this hotel. Clean and friendly staffs. Got laundry machine is a plue. One more, I enjoy the public bath every day. Highly recommend and for sure I will stay here in my next Sapporo trip.

The hotel location is good. There is no room cleaning for our 2 night stay. The breakfast offered various selections and with high quality food. To add to the discomfort, there was a young boy (around 5 years old) present in the hot bath area where all the ladies were undressed, and he was running around the locker area. This situation felt inappropriate. Overall, we had enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
